The Oberdorfer Teamat REWAP Brokerage LLC

Brand book and website concept
Central Massachusetts · October 2026

A brand book, and the website it describes.

The Oberdorfer Team is presented like an independent architecture quarterly printed on New England stock. The book sets the system; the website puts it to work on real tasks: searching, reading a town, asking for a showing.

Lead handoff to Follow Up Boss

The event map, field map and setup checklist the WordPress build follows.

    Spec

Plus a generated page for each of the eleven sample listings, and a platform page for the Follow Up Boss handoff. A floating "Concept pages" navigator on every page moves between all of them.

One platform, two brands

From chapter 12. Every form on the website shows the Follow Up Boss event it would send, and sends nothing.

The team site and a future REWAP site share data without duplicating it. A vendor-neutral IDX adapter turns the MLS PIN feed into one property record per listing. Every lead reaches Follow Up Boss as an event carrying the person, the house or search, the page and the campaign it came from, with the brokerage attached.

Ground rules

Team, then brokerage
The Oberdorfer Team is the consumer brand; REWAP Brokerage LLC is the brokerage of record. Both appear on every page, listing and form, and the brokerage line is never larger than the team name.
Nothing invented
No testimonials, sales figures, awards, license numbers or response times. Unknowns are bracketed placeholders, like [license #].
Samples are labeled
Every listing, price and story is a sample; every photograph is a credited Unsplash sample. Listing interiors are not of the listed house, and the gallery says so.
Fair housing
We describe homes and places, never who should live in them. Equal Housing Opportunity in every footer.
Access
WCAG 2.1 AA: tested color pairs only, visible focus, 44px targets, labeled fields, reduced motion respected.

Before launch

What the team and REWAP supply.

People
Portraits, bios, Kait's role and license details, direct phone numbers and a reply time the team can keep.
Brokerage
REWAP's address and license block, required disclosures, and the principal broker's sign-off on footer language.
Follow Up Boss
Register the site as a system, create the API key, name the source, set the lead flow and action plans, and create the Brokerage custom field. The checklist
Data
The IDX vendor, the MLS PIN disclaimer text, and the monthly market figures for the town pages.
Photography
A real shoot to replace every sample. The shot list is in chapter 07 of the brand book.
Service commitments
The copy carries the brand book's proposed commitments: answering their own phones, plans in writing, a weekly written update. The team confirms each one, or it comes out.
Writing
Town pages for the launch towns, written and fact-checked by the team; the first month of Field Notes.

The README

The repository README carries the whole brand book in text, chapter by chapter, plus the page list, how the demo is built and how to run it locally. PRODUCT.md and DESIGN.md hold the product truth and the design system the WordPress theme is built from.
