Interface
Working components, not pictures of them. Every control here is real HTML with its states, ready to translate into WordPress blocks.
Buttons and links
Square, quiet and few. A view has one primary action. Labels say what happens.
Inline links in body copy look like this link to the buyer’s guide: navy with a fine bronze underline that turns navy on hover.
| Variant | Use | States |
|---|---|---|
| Primary | The one main action per view | Hover Navy 700 · pressed Night · disabled Plaster/Granite · loading spinner, label kept for screen readers |
| Secondary | Alternative actions beside a primary | Hover fills Night |
| Quiet | Tertiary, reading links, “more” actions | Underline turns navy on hover |
| On navy | Inside statement rooms and CTA bands | Hover Bronze Light |
Search and filters
Location first, then the two filters that matter most. Everything else lives one tap away, so the bar never becomes a form.
- Location inputSuggests towns, neighborhoods, ZIPs, addresses and MLS numbers, grouped and labelled. Arrow keys move through suggestions; Enter selects.
- FiltersApplied filters always show as removable chips. “More filters” opens a side panel on desktop and a full sheet on phones, with a live result count on its apply button.
- ResultsUpdates announce politely to screen readers (“112 homes match”). Never auto-scroll the page when results change.
Property cards
A catalogue entry: image, price, address, facts, source. No badges beyond status; no “hot” or “must see.”

- AttributionListing brokerage on every card, as MLS rules require. REWAP’s own listings say so plainly.

It defines who represents you, for how long, and how that representation is paid. We will walk through every clause with you before you sign, and you will receive a copy.

Can REWAP act as my attorney in the sale?
Placeholder answer pending review by Hong Tran; the roles of broker and attorney in a single transaction must be explained accurately.
