Deposits. 50% to start fixed-fee projects, the balance on delivery. Retainers bill monthly in advance. Hourly work bills every two weeks.

Changes. New requirements get a written change-order estimate before any work. If we misestimate our own work, you don't pay for it.

Care plans. Three-month minimum, then 30 days notice to cancel. Unused hours can move into a prepaid hour bank.
